One thing I have asked for in the past and have yet to get, is that when you sell prints that uses our stock, we would like one copy for ourselves. It would be nice to have the work hanging along side our other stuff.

To break it down in a nut shell for you.

If you are using our stock images you are free:

* to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work
* to make derivative works
* to make commercial use of the work

You are NOT allowed to sell the unmanipulated stock image alone or as a collection.

You MAY give them away all day long, as long as you are NOT taking credit for the creation of the image. Giving them away means giving them, not even charging for shipping and handling, no money may change hands for any reason.

I will have a webpage setup with this information on my studio site in the near future, along with downloadable PDF's for your printing pleasure. I can promise you though if you find you trying to use one of my non-stock images in this manner, I will not be forgiving. I am always willing to create something for an artist in need, I have several of my stock images that have been used for commercial reasons and I have never asked for anything in return. In fact my bald head is part of some companies ad campaign so if you need something, do not steal, simply ask.

We know a lot of you are students or use these images to improve your skills and that is why we create these images, for you to use and if it helps further your studies or career, we are happy we could be part.
